The works of the sculptor Jürgen Kriebel (person 4048) can be seen even today, i.a. in the Bremen cathedral. His son Georg (person 2024) came to Norway as a second lieutenant in the life regiment of the Danish viceregent Hannibal Sehested. He is mentioned for the first time in Sør-Odal in 1649, where he lived until 1681. He was then commanded to serve at Nes fort, and was buried at Nes in 1695.
